Terms & Conditions

Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site https://www.tryangles.in/ (the “Site”) and any services you engage with Tryangles Next LLP (“Tryangles”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

Scope of Services

Tryangles offers creative production services including but not limited to video production, photography, audio/music production, brand films, corporate films, commercials (“Services”). Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and terms will be set out in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work between you and Tryangles.

User Conduct

When using the Site or engaging our services, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

  • Upload, post, transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing of intellectual property, or otherwise objectionable;

  • Interfere with the Site’s operations, security or any connected network or system;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or other user accounts.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, software) is the property of Tryangles or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view, download or print copies of the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

If you become a client and we deliver creative output, the ownership of the deliverables will be governed by your Service Agreement. Typically, after full payment, you may receive a licence or assignment of rights to the deliverables as specified in the agreement; we may retain rights to use the project in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

Payment, Fees and Refunds

Fees for Services will be as set out in the Service Agreement or Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due as specified (for example, deposit on booking, balance on delivery). All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Refunds or cancellations will be governed by the Service Agreement; if no specific terms apply, we may determine refunds at our discretion.

Delivery; Revisions

We will use reasonable endeavours to meet agreed timelines for deliverables. However, timelines are estimates unless specified in the Service Agreement and we are not liable for delays due to causes outside our control (including client delays, force majeure, third-party failures).
A revision policy (number of allowed revisions, time for revisions etc.) will be set out in the Service Agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Warranties; Disclaimer

We warrant that we will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards.


Disclaimer: Except as expressly stated, we make no other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tryangles’ total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services or Site is limited to the amount you paid us for those Services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including lost profits, loss of data, loss of business) even if advised of their possibility.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tryangles and its partners, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, damage, liability, cost or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or deliverables, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

Copyright / Trademark Infringement

If you believe any content on the Site or any deliverable infringes your copyright or trademark, you should notify us at the contact below with full details. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time at our discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable, and clauses intended to survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will continue.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on the Site with a revised “Effective Date”. Your continued use of the Site or Services after such changes means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India and the courts of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
